Parks would probably be best handled by taking the existing infrastructure and spinning it off into a private company(or several). Since this company's sole product would be the enjoyment of parkland, it stands a reasonable chance of staying pricetine.

So long as a majority does not actively hate the state, that is enough. States that actively depend on force(most despots) to maintain themselves soon fall.

I'm pretty sure UPS and Fedex don't do Saturday delivery, whereas the USPS must deliver six days a week. My only objection to this is the fact that the roads were built with taxpayer money - the risk is borne by the public, while the company just takes on a money fount. The big stink here in Texas was almost entirely over the fact that partially and totally completed roads were made tollways. I have no objection to toll or private roads, but they should
