  • Re: Animal Liberation

So, if all animals (humans and non-humans) truly had equal rights, would you arrest and prosecute a wolf for killing a sheep? After all, wouldn't the wolf be aggressing against the sheep's rights? http://mises.org/daily/2581

While this article http://blogs.forbes.com/davidwhelan/2011/04/14/george-washington-university-is-an-odd-location-to-discuss-fiscal-restraint/ may not directly answer your question, it does link to quite a few and hopefully will help you. At the very least it's interesting. Good luck.

My favorite is listening to conservative talk show hosts demanding that Muslims need to show public outrage at certain Imams and apologize for 9/11. Are there particular subjects that they are acting up in? If you can find any trends in behavior, it may point you in the right direction as to why they are acting up. If they are just causing trouble anywhere

  • Re: An individualistic approach to crime

From Rothbard's perspective, justice is retributional justice. However, he also believed that it may be far more likely for the criminals to compensate the victims - to give restitution. If we suppose that this one individual assaulted these 10 people, he needs to compensate the victims for his assault on their property rights. Rothbard suggested

  • Re: Compensation to the victim

I agree with Clayton on how it might emerge, especially since we cannot predict precisely what would happen in an entirely free market society. But in regards to the wealth of the criminals in particular - it may be possible that for certain crimes people may find that a percentage of the criminals wealth should be paid in compensation. Since you specified
