Not really. I feel much freer in Arizona than when I am in California. The gun laws and environmental laws are really nazi-like in CA.

filc, Thank you for the comments. The status quo is monopoly-licensed energy companies, obviously not free-market. But I was only addressing "green" energy in my essay.
