    "Are HOAs (home owner's associations) unlibertarian?" In principle no. But often in practice yes. Here is Texas HOA's have the statutory right to pass off their legal costs to any member they sue.

    Fact Check: The Israelis are blockading Gaza, which is not a part of Israel. It is a territory with which the Israelis consider themselves to be at war. The Star of the West was a Union ship trying to reinforce Fort Sumter, which the Confederates were blockading.

    Well the most profitable legal plant they can grow is tobacco. The second would be cotton. Food crops would be somewhere way down the list. Why not just privatize the zoo and let the owners decide what kind of plants best suit their needs? Decorative plants do have their uses. I wouldn't particularly care to look at a bunch of corn stalks while
