  • Re: Industrial Townships -- A What If? Question

No, but I would suggest you took offence from posts less lightly when online. As for your post, I merely wanted clarification.

  • Re: Industrial Townships -- A What If? Question

I think you're taking this way too personally. The OP does not clearly convey what your question is. I can have the thread closed, but if you want to take the opportunity to re-phrase your question more clearly so that it may elicit more helpful answers, why not do that?

  • Re: Axiomatic Economics

Enough of this. Aguilar has had as much time in the spotlight he deserves. I am going to lock this thread, but not delete it. That way it will remain testament to how pathetic this crank truly is.

  • Re: Current economics divorced from physics, unscientific.

Do you not realize the evil corporations will dominate us all without the government that enables and subsidizes them protects us from them? Obviously you lack the unique insight into the nature of things econocrank has, and therefore cannot possibly see that we're all just a bunch of fascists and that he, in spite of over 2000 years of philosophy

  • Re: Anarcho Capitalism is under attack

Yet another thread on the same topic, on the same video. I'm closing it. As for you Driftwood, do make the effort to actually read anarchist materials on law enforcement, to realize just how utopian and incorrect your own claims are. You've just demonstrated how stupid statism is with your own comments on monopoly. Good game.

  • Moderation

I just want to remind everyone posting here that if they feel they have a problem, to report a post, or to contact one of the moderators, myself included. I'm taking study leave right now, but I do check the forum every now and then, so let me know if there are any issues. Otherwise, perhaps contact Jtucker, HeroicLife, Charles Anthony, Brainpolice

  • Re: Libertarians and Atheism

I suggest that anyone who doesn't know who Slutsky is, should look him up. His nick is merely a play on words. Any more unwarranted hostility, and I will begin ridding of inflammatory posts, or perhaps even lock the thread. So keep the discussion civil.

As a general request, I would like for you all to remain respectful toward one another, lest I have to start moderating this thread. Personal attacks are superfluous and in no way contribute to the discussion.

  • Re: "Please Stop Calling It A Recession"

He offers a general outline in that article I posted. Praxeology is the foundation of all economics - it is not a tool, it is the discipline's very basis. If, however, you can incorporate Keynesian insights that are not nonsensical, then all the better; there's nothing wrong with that. Personally, I think the Austrians can gain far more from
