Going on with our objectivity discussion. Objectivity is simply necessary for any argument to take place. If the mind of A has a different logical structure than the mind of B, and understands concepts differently, they could not have an argument. There would simply be no way for either of them to know what the other means or what they are agreeing

Objectivity. Sorry, this is somewhat confusing as we are having two arguments in the same thread.

Actually my last post wasn't very good. It is necessarily intersubjective, as in everyone must understand the same concept in the same way. It must be taken for grante that everyone has the same structure of logic. That there is no polylogism. That the same concepts mean the same thing to different people.

How can I be sure what you mean by objective , meaningless , or word , or anyone else be sure what you mean, unless it is already taken for granted that the concepts which these words denote are mutually understood/intersubjective/agent neutral/objective?
Intersubjective - exactly.

@ AJ Quoting from your link:
Hoppe: More specifically, as long as there is argumentation, there is a mutual recognition of each other's exclusive control over such resources. Here Hoppe can charitably be interpreted in one of two ways: Recognition = acknowledgment of the fact of "each other's exclusive control

To argue your case, you have to deny what the word objective actually means. (Or say that it's definition is meaningless).
Bingo! Objective is a meaningless word when speaking carefully. It can be useful when you simply want to imply that "other people agree with

From which I would conclude that the U.S. should not only end foreign military adventures, but also privatise all roads and highways.

A legal person is an entity which owns (has legal title to) something. It can be a real entity, such as a human being, or an artificial entity such as a business. All artificial entities are owned ultimately by real entities. They cannot be self-owners. For example, some plot of land may be owned by XYZ Ltd. which is in turn owned exclusively by Smith

Government interventions impose costs on both larger and smaller businesses. The effect is quantitatively and qualitatively indeterminate. Pieces like this just cherry pick the facts so that they seem to support their core thesis. In this case, that smaller businesses are more natural.

I don't think it makes any difference at all except in the short term. The third world is still largely caught in the Malthusian trap. If food prices fall, population levels rise. If food prices rise, population levels fall, and overall living standards remain the same. First world taxpayers are just being forced to subsidize higher population levels
