  • Re: The Moral Basis for Intellectual Property

So according to the IP defenders, Hans-Hermann Hoppe is a commie. Ha.

[quote user="Kaz"] Rand, despite her great rhetoric and impressive pseudo-intellectualism, often appears clueless about the epistemology of liberty, reverse-engineering more primitive rationale than the sounder ideas that actually pre-dated her. But she explained them better, and in a way that (for whatever reason) people who are socialists

...And if the customers didn't demand "objectified and knowable" principles, laws, and procedures as you, Michael, would define them; or if they didn't object to a PDA springing into existence to defend them from an actual threat which they, themselves and the necessarily inefficient, socialist monopoly state (Objectivist or otherwise

[quote][quote]What a shame it would be then to restrict such a marvelous institution that can actually guarantee such a condition. I mean as long as it's in the business of guarantees, might as well put its power to guarantee to use for a few other more modest necessities like healthcare, social security, education, .... Go ahead and unleash it

I've heard from TSA workers themselves that there seems to be a strong majority of attractive young women who get "randomly" selected. That's hearsay, of course, but it wouldn't surprise me at all to find out it's true. Make a position that legalizes bullying, and don't you think that just maybe some bullies might accept

She said on Free Talk LIve a couple of days ago that there is missing footage. Considering the government's record of hiding evidence that shows it in a bad light, I'm inclined to believe her until she is proven to be lying. It's sort of fishy that the TSA's videos are missing their timestamps.
