I think the gap between smart and stupid people has been growing. Things like the internet can magnify a persons stupidity or intelligence. Its sad that no one in the government ever has the guts to admit what the real problem is. But they do always have a 'solution'. My feeling is, the more the power the government seeks, the more people will see the sad disease/addiction it has. And it would seem that we live in an era where somethings gotta give.

Completely agree. But fraud and force have to be so simply defined that nobody will misinterpret their meaning.

I'll put my two cents in. Maybe in an anarchist society the people would'nt vote at a specified location at a specified time. But the people are still going to have to make decisions, so somehow there has to be an agreement, and some combination of fear and respect will produce that decision.

I like watching the videos on the FT web site. They have short daily clips, and longer conversations with CEO's. In another forum I mentioned financialsense.com which is good too. I like listening/watching the news rather than reading.

financialsense.com does'nt mention any political affiliation but do claim to be "a contrarian firm". The site has endless amounts of quality information.
