What's with all this verbosity? Is he simply saying that you don't have a right to your labor and property? Or that other people have a right to your labor and property because they have some sort of automatic right? You're only entitled to what you work for. Do you know what work means?

Well, it seems to me that Obama hires incompetent yes-men. Rand Paul probably did this so he can legitimately claim that he is not another Republican "obstructionist." He's trying to come across as fair and impartial and not a naysaying ideologue. It may give his later arguments and run more credence as someone who carefully considered
