    The argument tries to attempt to paint libertarians as the free riders or thieves. Don't let them do that. User fees are the price you pay for something. Taxes are a way to get some people to pay for things others use. It is them bundled with the false dichotomy of love it or leave it. Obviously improving it is a better alternative.

    I am not convinced that property rights can be justified by utility in all cases. Utilitarian arguments are often used to justify violations of property rights.
