I think that most economists agree that hyperinflation is better then hyperdeflation, although that is like the difference between burning alive and freezing alive. You will prefer to burn, but you die in both cases.

This is simply not true, Billot. Copyrights are a fundamental "must" in a fully-functioning Capitalistic society. Microsoft does not use the state to prevent competition, but rather they own a product who is, currently, superior to the rest. There is a different between "parasitical" state interference, like government monopolies
