On what basis do you claim that the State owns everything? There is in fact public land but I myself do not reside on this land. Where is the legal legislation showing the United States owns all the land underneath my house? What is the point of a deed or title then? Why does the government compensate individuals during emmient domain?

Restriction is really a subjective term. If someone were to get married, which by many accounts is a contract, then he/she isn't necessarily restricting themselves to one person. They are infact declaring that they wish to be with only one person and that person they made the contract with. If they so choose they can stop making such a declaration

Ron Paul is no Anarchist or even leaning in that fashion. He aggranizes a tyrannical document (The Constitution) and believes that State level government should legislation morality.If you want to say he is creating a bigger Libertarian base then by all means do so but to state he is bring people towards Anarchism, you are stating a falsehood.
