Maxx Barry also hosts a free web game (no link, as this is not an ad :)), in which it's possible to have "excessive" civil rights. Too bad my account has expired, I would have shown you the descriptions of awful state of afairs in a country (eh, territory) in a terminal state of anarchism (which is where my state always ended). Rest assured

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/03/12/costco-profit_n_2859250.html I love the misleading title: "Costco's Profit Soars To $537 Million Just Days After CEO Endorses Minimum Wage Increase". Is it just me, or does it imply there is a causal relationship?

In reality the distinction between having your pie and eating it is not a clear one. Oh, wait...

It's like changing the size of the crates used to transport gold coins between banks - the coins remain the same, though some trucks may be unable to transport the new, bigger crates.

There seems to be a misunderstanding. I just acknowledged physical possibility. As to the likelyhood, I am mostly agnostic at the moment.

I think that with this quote you have marginalized a very major possibility. I do not see how my formalization is incompatible with your scenario. People save exactly because they believe this will facilitate more beneficial exchanges (in future).
-
In other words, it is possible for a significant part of people to significantly reduce their mutually beneficial exchange for a significant period of time? Because they are uncertain, what pattern of exchange will end up more beneficial, and hope that time will tell. Well, I do not see how this is _physically_ impossible, to be honest.

The idea I am attacking is the idea that there can never be a "general glut", that demand for goods in general cannot be too low. Too low for what? And did you mean "demand for goods other than money"? Why would people want to keep money, instead of ANY other goods? Because they expect the prices falling soon?
-
By expressing your opinion about this, you are engaing in a performative contradiction. Hoppe hates you.

I am deeply offended by your insensitive attitude and indiscriminate use of word "not". It has profound negative connotations for me. I hope you see the light one day. ;)
