Your critique brings attention to the why or the reason for means/ends. Praxeology is not concerned with this nor is refuted by it. Praxeoogy is the formal acceptance that means and ends exist and considers the consequences of those items repsectively. Praxeology does not analyze the phsycological, naturalistic, or biological reasons for why means/ends
