Statism as "Anarchy" (chaos, no rules, abuse, theft)

if Statism is anarchy, then how do we call our Anarchy?

We don't call it anarchy. That word does mean chaos. We call it anarchism (although some prefer voluntaryism or polycentric order &c. &c.)
