oh come on, why should people choose their jobs?  Why should people choose anything about their life?  Choices are hard on a person, therefore they should not be allowed to choose anything at all?  It would be a bad day if everyone chose the clothing they would wear, the people in their family unit, or where they worked.  What if they chose wrong?  Why should people be allowed to experience choice, rather than be happy with what is chosen for them?  You should see the community we have, and in it, people are happy.  They never have to experience pain, or loss, or anything unpleasant.  Freedom just doesn't work.  By the way, if you want to get out, you can always commit suicide.
