This is the same one the Mises Institute sells, isn't it? I can't imagine they'd ever let this book stay out of print.
I think there are some online printers that will ship you a book out of a pdf you send them. You could try that.

Wow they're actually sold out? The scholar's edition is such a beautiful piece of work to own. Hopefully you'll be able to get your hands on a copy in the very near future. It's definitely worth the money

Well, I do own a copy for myself. I'm thinking about purchasing the other copy of man economy and state and a copy of power and market and sending them to my friend. That way I can see how well my copy would do on ebay. I get more out of the electronic version anyway.

Off the top of my head, there's a company called Lulu, Inc that provides a self publishing service. I don't know if there's any copyright issues that they'd be concerned about if you take that route, though.
