If I go to major in economics today, do I learn about the Austrian structure of production theory?  Is there an alternate theory that is taught, or is the subject simply ignored?  For example, what do they teach in Chicago if they don't accept the Keynesian model?

Keynesian most likely, most definately not Austrian.
