all's I can say is:  Know what Liberty is!

"The Belgian parliament yesterday voted to give the government emergency dicatorial powers under the pretext of dealing with a pandemic emergency.

Belgium is the first country in Europe to formally suspend democracy and civic rights and to switch over to military rule under the authority of a "a special crisis committee" that answers ultimately to WHO and the UN."

A - Brussel's EU headquarters. (the link here is supposedly the original article that the above link found it's info from.  I assume it's in Belgium, but idk - anybody?)

B - Massachusetts anybody!

The government itself is a pandemic emergency. :p

To paraphrase Marc Faber: We're all doomed, but that doesn't mean that we can't make money in the process.
Rabbi Lapin: "Let's make bricks!"
Stephan Kinsella: "Say you and I both want to make a German chocolate cake."

I wish all the countries of the west would suspend Democracy, but this is their sanctimonious claim to legitimacy that governments use to commit acts of violence against their own subjects.

And the worst act of violence is taking the life of a subject followed closely by taking the ability of the subjects to defend themselves.  And it is self defense that subjects are doing when trying to avoid the effects of a pandemic.

Anyone else notice how the media kept trying to breath new life into the H1N1 story, long after the 'threat' had subsided? Cant let a good emergency go to waste...
