What is the difference between

The Real Lincoln vs. Lincoln Unmasked

Is the later an update of the original or a completely different book?

Different in scope. The Real Lincoln focuses more on Lincoln's policies during the War to Prevent Southern Independence, but does offer a look at his view prior. Lincoln Unmasked takes a wider look at him.
