	I know the Heritage ranking and it is pretty useful, for some aspects one can also check the TI&amp;#39;s &lt;a href="http://www.transparency.org/policy_research/surveys_indices/cpi/2009/cpi_2009_table"&gt;Corruption Perception&lt;/a&gt; rating, or the &amp;#39;&lt;a href="http://www.doingbusiness.org/economyrankings/"&gt;Doing Business&lt;/a&gt;&amp;#39; rating. All have their imperfections, but that can&amp;#39;t be avoided.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	Any more ideas?&lt;/p&gt;
