From LRC blog:

	Palin Out—Good for Ron Paul

	Palin's out, no big surprise.

The real question is how does it affect Ron Paul? Definitely a plus. The race will come down to Romney versus an anti-establishment, populist, libertarian candidate who can gain the support of real tea partiers. Obviously, it's a no-brainer who that person is, but Palin would have competed for voters who need to line up behind Ron Paul. With Palin out and Perry fading, only fake tea party candidate Herman "No Pain" Cain stands in the way of the one-on-one power elite versus populist confrontation that we need. It will be difficult even for neocon-leaning tea party people to support a candidate (Cain) who cannot specify on his website a single budget cut against Ron Paul, the champion of an Article 1, Section 8 limited federal government.

Note to Sarah: The best thing you can do for the country and yourself is endorse Ron Paul. You know you want to!

Re: Sarah Palin won't run

It would completely blot out any media Ron Paul is getting and would really galvanize the left. She polls high numbers, which means liberals will tie her to the Republican party and thus stoke the Obama chant once more. "Anything but Palin" would be the saying. But I agree that she might have diluted their numbers.

Re: Sarah Palin won't run

That's actually a double bad. She would totally dilute the Romney/Perry/Bachmann vote. In fact, that might actually be why she's not joining.

I feel a bit dirty posting at the same time as the loss of Steve Jobs, but this is also important:
