Campaign for Liberty at the Virginia GOP State Convention

Look at the picture of the convention hall with all of the Gadsden flags. Wild.

Yeah the "Don't Tread on Me" really backfired on the State when they tried to demonized it. It has, yet again, become a rallying symbol for liberty. And thanks to the State's intentions when they tried to demonized it the flag/symbol has been reinvigorated as a symbol of strength in defiance.

My wife who went to Philadelphia for a school field trip (she teaches government and only covers property rights and then goes line by line through the Constitution for the most part and she actively discusses in her classroom with the students examples of the State breaking its' own constitutional law, which a whole other tangent cause she gets a lot of good responses from the students), when she was on that trip they stopped at a gift shop across from the "Liberty Bell" I believe. They could not find any "Don't Tread on Me" flags or symbolize anywhere.

They asked the store owner about it and he said, "Yeah I keep selling out of them. I can't keep them on the shelves. Something about a Tea Party or something happening across the country."
