&lt;p&gt;&lt;i&gt;There&amp;#39;s limited time to reform the nation&amp;#39;s health system amid fears Medicare could collapse within five years, the NSW government says.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;i&gt;NSW Health director-general Deborah Picone has given a dire prognosis for the current system, saying Australia is heading towards US-style user pays.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;i&gt;Prof Picone says cost escalations mean universal health care could collapse within five years...&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

I&amp;#39;ve heard some good things about it and nothing really negative. I understand that the way it is handled doesn&amp;#39;t really agree with Austrian thought but nonetheless, from what I hear, it seems to be a pretty good government program, especially when compared to other public medical programs in other countries.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
