But you&amp;#39;ll notice that, for example, the &amp;quot;minutes&amp;quot; for the meeting on Jan. 30-31 2007 weren&amp;#39;t released until Feb. 21. Additionally the minutes themselves don&amp;#39;t actually tell you what happened and who said what minute-by-minute in the meeting, it&amp;#39;s just a general summary.
