Well, given that this is a country we are talking about, it is damn near impossible to "move". I'm basically using this as an analogy for what the proper response to 9/11 should have been.

Let's suppose that your household [Household A] and a household across the street from you [Household B] are archrivals, and their household is invading the house [Household C] next door to them. So, you decide to give the people in the latter household some of your weapon supply. Later, a person in Household C [Person D] gets frustrated because your household refuses to trade with Household C, gives money to the sworn enemies of Household C, and keeps people from Household A in a neighboring household. Due to this, Person D sends some friends of his to burn down your living room. What should the people of your household do?
