Evidently Gibson patented, or thinks they patented, the idea of making a guitar playing video game. Gibson has never actually produced one though. They are suing Target, Wall-Mart, MTV, Activision, Harmonix, <span id="ctl00_MainContent_lblBody">Electronic Arts, Amazon.com, K-Mart, Toys-R-Us, and others.&nbsp;</span></p><p>Several years ago Gibson sued it&#39;s Guitar competitors for coping the shape of Gibson guitars and lost. Let&#39;s hope they lose this one too.&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
