&lt;p&gt;I think acts of civil disobedience that involve collection of fees are the best, since then the state has to decide whether to spend the extra money to punish you.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
