In Poland the polish LvM Institute has recently created/inspired creation of Clubs of Austrian School Economics [KASE], in which people are learning austrian economics by themselves, there are 11 clubs across Poland at the moment, the Institute offers help on topics of lessons.

Furthermore, in October 2007 the Institute held a one day conference due to the publication of the polish translation of Human Action.

English version of the conference website can be found here.

Since now they are translating Jesus Huerta de Soto, Money, Bank Credit, and Economic Cycles, publication October 2008, it's very likely that there will be another conference this year. Hope it will become a tradition:)

I tried but their server was off, besides, I don't speak french. As far as I know the seminar is bilingual and takes place at the end of August. It is called "conference of the new economics" or something like that, I believe that in French nouvelle economie does not mean "keyenesian". :-D

I do not believe that there is in the UK. The Libertarian Alliance in the UK has some interesting publications on its website but does not seem to be very dynamic. There is the occasional lecture, an annual conference, and regular appearances from their spokesperson, Dr Sean Gabb. There is no education as far as I can see.

I think that I did read some time back, on mises.org I think, that some Austrian Economics lectures had restarted in Austria, the implication being that such education had previously died out. I don't know if this Austrian education is still running.

It seems to me that the heart of Austrian Economics is in the USA today, and at the Mises Institute in particular.

In europe there is Huerta de Soto (Madrid) and there is a Spanish conference on Austrian Economics; there's another one in Prague. Each year there is a seminar on Austrian economics in Aix-en-Provence (France) and a Mises Seminar in Sestri Levante (Italy), organized by the Istituto Bruno Leoni (technically it is not a conference, but a seminar, but there are students, professors, speeches, discussions, food... like every conference... very nice). Besides there are seminars in various parts of Europe organized by the Heritage Foundation (there is one in Leuven, Belgium, and others in Germany, Georgia (not that in the US)).

Not technically in Europe, but spiritually in Europe. (Or at least, may have been considered Europe before the Ottoman conquest of Anatolia.)

I see this topic has been raised before, but I've been meaning to ask, is there any analogue to the LVMI in Europe, where one may attend, for instance, summer seminars? I'm aware that one may take courses in Austrian economics at various French and Spanish universities, but as I'm still doing a degree this option will have to be pushed backwards for the time being. Does the Libertarian Alliance in England perhaps offer any such courses?
