Every detail is a pointed indictment of bureaucracy and nationalism, and it&amp;#39;s as poignant today as it was when it was released, perhaps more so. If you haven&amp;#39;t seen it, I highly recommend watching it...several times. There&amp;#39;s so much to take in that it requires several viewings. I&amp;#39;ve seen it probably a dozen times, and I still find new, intriguing details.&lt;/p&gt;
