	I was under the impression that they favored a central bank and were more compromising.&amp;nbsp; Is that true?&amp;nbsp; Also, are they of the belief that libertarians are supposed to be elite?&amp;nbsp; They sure do quote James Madison and the Constitution&amp;nbsp;a lot.&lt;/p&gt;
