I like the article. The tone was very inviting. For the purpose of spreading and promoting concepts such as "free-enterprise" and "Austrian economics," it does the job. Though I and many others on this board may indeed consider Barack Obama President "of the United States", rather than "our" President, I feel like the difference is absolutely negligible to a mainstream, US audience.

Name-dropping is an effective tool. I know very often that when I read about somebody I've never heard of, Wikipedia is the first place I go to!

But that was a good piece. The GE/NBC-Obama connection is probably the most blatant form of corporatism I've ever seen in the U.S.

I'm nitpicking but instead of "our President" please use "President of United States" in the future.

Also putting Bob Murphy or anyone else for that matter in "captain seat" wont solve anything. System is unsustainable no matter who is in charge.

I meant Bob Murphy as President and not Chairman, but I agree with you either way. I really just like to get Austrian names out there for people to research.
