	Can someone please recommend some texts that highlight the socio-legal history of British Libertarianism.&lt;/p&gt;

	I am specifically interested in engaging the works of Hume, Locke and Smith and their relationship with Benthamite &amp;#39;pig-at-the-trough&amp;#39; Ulitilitarianism.&lt;/p&gt;
