Which I had done before without any problems. Declared legal tender value, not silver metal value (to reduce risk of theft in transit).</p> <p> Package got to Chicago, was turned around and returned to origin, but has not arrived at original shipper.</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> Now, I&#39;m left wondering if I was mistaken in my impression and that the package may have been seized.</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> Anyone have any knowledge on this issue?</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
