&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m puzzled because the film seems to stand against Marxist doctrines, but this was almost certainly not the intention of Godard.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know how someone could not realize the similarities between the society depicted in this film and that of communism?&amp;nbsp; For those familiar with Godard, Is there something about the movie, or about Godard that I&amp;#39;m simply not comprehending?&lt;/p&gt;
