Marriage in the US (or any other Western country's) legal system is financial suicide if you have a penis. There ain't no woman out there that's worth it.

I bought a safe to store my gold. The safe is medium-sized, with 6" walls and weighs about 1000 pounds. I figured I was safe from state confiscation and amateur burglars. But then my wife decided to slap me with a false restraining order (she later had it dismissed once she no longer needed it) and divorce me. Of course, the gold "magically" disappeared. In the end, an amateur burglar with state assistance stole my gold. Go figure.

I think the idea is not to say exactly where one's gold is hidden, but the general type of hiding place in which one hides one's gold.

Personally I have yet to buy any gold, but I am to do so as soon as possible - the currency is going to be inflated a hell of a lot very soon and I want to get out of it.

On that; what kind of gold should i get? Where should i get it from [in the UK]?

Anyway, I hide my gold in places that appear as other things - such as fireproof hollowed out books etc...

Half of it is at a geographic location known only to me, my brother, and two very close friends, under several feet of earth, and well out of the sight of any roads or houses. The other half we just keep close at hand. There's not much at this time, or we'd have much less than half on our persons.

I would risk state confiscation. If they jack your gold, you can always get even by stealing mailboxes.
