It might not be a good article, but it might be a gem. Any chance someone with access to U.S. libraries can scan it in for me to maybe put up on &lt;a href="http://economics.org.au"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Economics.org.au&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/a&gt;. I don&amp;#39;t think it&amp;#39;s ever been reprinted in any accessible l&lt;span class="text_exposed_show" style="display:inline;"&gt;ocation and there are no &lt;em&gt;Baltimore Sun&lt;/em&gt; archives in any Australian library. It might be a good way to get attention with all the floods in Australia. Happy to pay, irrespective of whether I consider the article a gem or not.
