Seems rather wacky doesn't it? Let's just say that Mises.org, in terms of its layout, is more like Boston, MA, rather than Lubbock, TX. In other words, we put up what we can when we can't and I know it is rather crazy in places. Another anology: an old growth tree. If we started over today, we would do it completely differently but we have a tiny staff (still no actually full-time web person) and just sort of make available what we can when we can, always looking forward rather than back. So that explains a lot of the odd things.

Slowly we get there though! a bit of work every day.

What is Mises.org doing?

Okay, one can access all of The Ethics of Liberty here in .asp format.

That page also contains a link to the .pdf format.

However, that page contains no link whatsoever to the .mp3 format. It ought to. (My page does.)

The first link above has The Ethics of Liberty divided up by chapter, so that if you click the link to the last chapter, it takes you here:

Why then did Mises.org also release the same exact chapter here instead of just linking it to the above URL? It seems, well, pointless to have the same chapter written twice on the same website.

I wish to add that I'm not necessarily complaining, but rather I'm simply posting the thoughts going through my head. "Why are they doing this?" I think to myself. Just thought I'd like to share.

I see you're also releasing The Betrayal of the Right chapter by chapter. And you've already released the entire book in .pdf format. Think you'll create an .asp formatted page with all of the chapters in order?

Again, just thinking out loud. Nobody actually has to answer any of this.
