NYU has an Austrian programme, just not by name. &lt;p&gt;suffolk univ, boston (ben powell and david tuerck)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;WVU (chris coyne and russ sobel) &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Florida state (randy holcombe and bruce benson) &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;univ of georgia, athens (selgin) &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;plus there is a masters in aus econ in madrid under prog. de soto...&lt;/p&gt;
