I don't so can't say for sure...

The total employment numbers are in English. But the detailed breakdown links are in French.

Since there is obviously some confusion as to the meaning of "nonfarm payroll" here is the definition from the Free Dictionary

A statistic researched, recorded and reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics intended to represent the total number of paid U.S. workers of any business, excluding the following employees:

- general government employees
- private household employees
- employees of nonprofit organizations that provide assistance to individuals
- farm employees

Notes:

The total non-farm payroll accounts for approximately 80% of the workers who produce the entire gross domestic product of the United States.

Try looking up Politique Agricole Commune (PAC), since while French farmers are the best known this is a Paneuropean (no pun intendended) policy. According to the Organization de Cooperation et Developpement Economiques (OCDE), total subsidies to agriculture around the world run as follow (datas are in millions of dollar, yearly):

EU: 105.624 (1.4% of the GDP); USA 95.259 (0.9% of the GDP); Japan 59.126 (1.4% of the GDP); Switzerland 4.672 (1.9% of the GDP); and the list goes on and on.

These datas do not take in account protectionist policies, very strong in the EU but even stronger in Switzerland and Japan (if that's possible).

But I do not think you'll have much luck in the end: EU members will be required to give a detailed breakdown of their agricultural subsidies only from 2009.

I tried unsuccessfully to google this item. I'd like the information to do a comparison with the American economy over the last 10 years. I found the numbers on the American economy easy enough.
