	&amp;quot;Collective Ownership&amp;quot;, taken literally, is absolutely meaningless. It&amp;#39;s a contradiction of terms, a division by zero. Trying to reason about collective ownership in its &amp;quot;true&amp;quot; form will do nothing but drive you insane.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;

	We often see markets established for nonuse within both priviate and public land. For example, a market may be established for saving the rainforests in which individuals donate money in order to ban usage of&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;rainforest or we ma see individuals&amp;nbsp;donating&amp;nbsp;money to&amp;nbsp;build up&amp;nbsp;private parks in order to&amp;nbsp;preserve natural habitats.&lt;/p&gt;

	&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I&amp;#39;m trying to think&amp;nbsp;if and how a&amp;nbsp;market, I use that word losely in this context, of nonuse could be established under a&amp;nbsp;collectiveist system of collective ownership.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
