In that sense, it&amp;#39;s already property.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In respect&amp;nbsp;to negative externalities, the solution is to establish clear and enforcable property rights correct? &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now in terms of protecting important uninhabited lands, such as national parks, significant ecosystems, and such, is there a role for government in the Austrian school? Or is the solution simply to sell off and privatize everything including the air we breathe, thus making all of nature up for grabs?&lt;/p&gt;
