I&#39;m torn between economics and a few kinds of financial careers. One of the problems is interviewers asking me about achievements and I think publication would be a good example, but it though it would demonstrate commitment, achievement, etc. even if the nature of the work is deemed to translate to the kind of work I&#39;d do if they gave me the job, it may make them think I&#39;m likely to leave to go back to academia.</p> <p> What do you reckon?</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
