Peter Schiff and Jim Rogers are probably the two most well-known go-to guys for this. Marc Faber is another. Click for their respective websites.

Frank Shostak (adjunct scholar at the Mises Institute) runs a consulting firm, Applied Austrian School Economics, that actually provides in-depth assessments and reports of financial markets and global economies from an Austrian perspective.

There is a "personal finance" section in the Mises Store, and it's mostly comprised of Rogers' titles. Schiff also has a couple of books on the subject, namely Crash Proof 2.0 and The Little Book of Bull Moves.
