&lt;p&gt;Anyone know of a good (likely revisionist) account of the War of 1812?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Btw, I recommend Rothbard&amp;#39;s work, as it is fascinating to read about how America&amp;#39;s early economy functioned and developed...especially as this was the period which ushered in the nascent and great Industrial Revolution in America.&amp;nbsp; And reading about the machinations of the early banks is also very interesting and informative.&lt;/p&gt;
