I&#39;m trying to find out who the person was and what book it was in. It went something along the lines of... &quot;during WWII/WWI the foreign exchange controls from one country to another in&nbsp;Europe&nbsp;was what lead to the War.&quot; I&#39;m pretty sure it was written by a author affiliated with the Mises Institute.
