	I&amp;#39;m in the middle of this book, and it is very interesting.&amp;nbsp; Was wondering if anyone here has read it, and what their thoughts were, especially pertaining to the &amp;quot;statist determinism&amp;quot; implied in chapter 14, &amp;quot;From Egalitarianism to Kleptocracy&amp;quot;.&lt;/p&gt;
