Stalin is the most inhuman monster who ever lived. Judging them by their actions alone, Stalin must be the worse.

Judging them by the consequences of their actions, it would be whoever is most responsible for the First World War, which was, as far as I'm concerned, the origin of pretty much everything wrong with the world today, and basically represented the collapse of Western Civilization. It's hard to pin it on one person, but we know that the driving force behind the war was the "Eastern Establishment" in the United States dominated by Morgan and to a lesser extent Rockefeller, and the Rhodes-Rothschild clique in Britain, along with their many handpuppets such as Woodrow Wilson and "Colonel" House, to name a few. The war was most certainly not the accident and tragedy that it was made out to be by court historians. There was deliberation.

Abraham Lincoln since he is so worshipped today. Now that I look back in my life I'm ashamed that I memorized the Gettysberg address as a child for a school project. Someone else already posted him though so for second place I'll go for Benito Juarez.

From what I know of the man he solidified a socialist mindset in Mexico that continues today. In the United States and Europe you can argue that liberalism was tainted into another word for collectivism. Benito Juarez though, in his role as one of the major leaders of early Mexico, gave no chance for classical liberalism to exist even for a moment.

To rote, nearly every facet of the North Korean economy remains nationalized to this day, Kim Il-sung sided with Mao Zedong in the Sino-Soviet split, and North Korea has been stuck in neutral since the 1950s.
