If the details aren&amp;#39;t disclosed, the credit card company would have no right to enforce those details. IE, hose fine print documents that accompany credit card applications.  In one sense, I would say no, because it is compulsory from the government.  On the other hand, don&amp;#39;t people have the right to know the details what they are signing up for?
