Political correctness is too broad a way to put it I think, it encompasses too much. Politically correct could mean anything from what most people would consider basic politeness to refusal to acknowledge something as true simply because it might offend someone. Examples of politeness I think are the ones you brought up, and how people would like to be addressed in general. As mentioned in the previous post though, this is just treating individuals politely. But then there are extremes like not being able to address disparities between races because it would offend some people to suggest that such disparities existed. My personal view is that being politically correct when it comes to just treating people humanely and giving them some basic respect is good, but in a war between politeness and truth, truth should always be the winner. So being PC to the point of not addressing reality anymore is ridiculous.

The problem is that it is centrally enforced. There would be PC in ancap but it would come from the "grass roots".

English is a strange language, in that it does not have a gender neutral pronoun. Other languages do, so it's not a problem. The english convention is to use the masculine form. IMHO, it would be better to be gender neutral if possible, because we are all individuals after all.

Now first it must be said it is not unlibertarian.I'm trying to be fair here in an attempt not to straw man political correctness.I also try to avoid the most extreme examples.

Do you support it or oppose it ? if so why?

how do you feel about supposed examples of sexism such as:-

Mrs ,Ms
the assumption He when referring to a person unknown
Poetess instead of Poet

Furthermore would you argue there exists patriarchy or matriarchy?

This could get very heated.....
